How much time apart is ACCEPTABLE between Ceremony & Reception?

My ceremony site is book for 2pm-4pm... then we have a tea ceremony that begins around 630pm.. the actual reception dinner is slated for 7pm (maybe 715pm depending on time).

I feel like there's too much of a gap in between....what is acceptable?
