We're trying to keep our guest list under 100 and we’re only having family members in our party.
I'm having people blatantly asking for a wedding invite or passive aggressively writing e-mails like: “hoping for an invite...hint-hint.” Or “if you’d asked me to be in your wedding party…”
The people asking are for instance: my best friend’s mom, my co-workers and my dead-ex-boyfriend’s cousin (we’re still friendly).
We’re funding this venture and I’ve been respectfully telling my friends that we decided to only have family, but this is a recurring theme.
