DW & co-workers kids

*RE-POST*

Our DW will be on Maui next year. The only child that is going is my FI's niece. (She is pretty much the only kid in the family age 10 by then and I may make her a flower girl) We don't really want a bunch of children but we totally understand that some may consider this trip a "family vacation".

Now that we have unofficially informed our co-workers about the wedding and how we want to keep it small and intimate would it be rude to do any of the following?

1. On the website they will recieve with the STD next month, can we mention local baby sitting services and that we'd prefer to keep it adults only?

2. On the actual formal invite can we have the RSVP cards say something like "we have reserved x number of seats for you at our wedding..."

Any advice would be great, I'm sort of lost with this issue. Please be nice... thanks!!
