Alright, I'm a long time lurker, and I have a stupid question that's pushing out of lurkdom.
I need to choose between two churches for my ceremony, one that's really pretty and that my fiance loves, and the not so pretty church my parents go to.
Here's a picture of the first option:
Pros: FI loves love loves how it looks, and I like it too.
Cons: It cost $1000 more than the other one, we'd have to have the ceremony at noon, and my mom would be upset

Pros: My mom and dad go there, and I do when I'm home, so they'd be happy, and we could have the ceremony at 2, and it's cheaper
Cons: It's not very beautiful, and my FI would be super bummed
Also, we're doing an evening reception, probably starting at 5, so we'll have a gap either way, it's just a matter of how long.
Ultimately, it looks like I have to make the decision, and I really don't know what the heck I'm going to do. I feel like I'm choosing between my future husband and my mom (who's also footing most of the bill)
Ugh.
