Men's Raincoat Recommendations Needed

I'm not sure if you ladies will be able to help me out, but I figure it's worth a shot.  I'd like to buy FI a nice, good quality, but light (for summer storms) raincoat that he can wear to work.  He has a very casual rain jacket, but he refuses to wear it to work because it's not dressy enough.

Any brand or style recommendations?

Does he wear a suit to work? If so I'd go w/ a classic lightweight trench coat.

Not sure how much you want to spend but Burberry is the first thing that comes to my mind.  You could check out the Burberry Outlet in Tinton Falls.

Honestly FI dresses up everday for work and rides NJ transit/MTA and bought his trenchcoat at JC Penny. He goes through them too often and they get so grimmy and greasy from the trains it isn't worth spending a lot.
