Would you tip...

the coordinator if they are only for your ceremony and weren't going to even be there for it (the food and bev. manager will be handling it) and the only things they are doing for set up is the chairs and unity candle table. My parents are setting up the floral and other decor items. She did communicate through email well though when I had ?'s, did up a ceremony diagram, made changes to our contract. So would you tip based off that?

Also what about the people doing the cake pops, they are newer and charge $100 for 50 pops including delivery, communication has been a little slow lately however. Tip or no tip?
