FI is from Switzerland and we are having a lot of OOT guests - most of which will be invited to the RD which FI and I are hosting. The Swiss and other European guests will have no clue what a 'Rehearsal Dinner' is as this is unheard of over here.
Do any of you have ideas on what to call it if not a Rehearsal Dinner? Most of the RD guests won't be at the Rehearsal itself and we are sending separate invites for the RD.
Ex: You are cordially invited to a (Blank) Dinner on the eve of the wedding of Jane and John...
I am struggling with the (Blank) part.
