Update: DH's Interview...

Apparently went well! Knottie vibes are the best :)He's going back in for a second interview next Tuesday, and they want him to do a full day of a working interview on Wednesday so they can see how he would do in the role. I've never had a working interview, but I figure if they're setting that up now, they must like him.Keep the vibes coming!

Ooh, and forgot to mention: the new job would be less than 5 miles away from our home, so a *very* short commute! And it's right next to a grocery store so I could make him stop to pick things up on the way home :P

I'm excited for him! Good luck and congrats! I think it is a really, really good sign if they are already setting up a working interview!

Yeah, you definitely have to be pretty interested in a candidate to invite them in for a full day working interview. I'm guessing his chances of getting the job are pretty good!

I’ve never heard of a working interview…since you need to be trained on even simple things like how the phone system works, I would say a working interview would be nerve wracking! Continued vibes…wish my DF would apply for new job – he’s averaging 3 nights a week+ on the road, plus travel time and over 60 hours a week at the office, including Sunday.

Hurray--many more job vibes for you DH!!  As for the working interview, the first place I interviewed had a trail period--you shadowed after the interview for like a half an hour, then came back and did the job for 2 days to see if you liked it before you started.
