Hey there brides!  Congratulations on the very exciting time in your life!  i was one of you in 2011, and let me just say the time really does FLY!  Enjoy every stressful minute of it. 

I'm here to take one component of stress away.  As an ICU nurse married to a kinesiologist, I know my fair share about health and fitness.  I'm here to offer you an opportunity to compete in an amazing challenge group.  I keep the groups very exclusive so I can give you my full attention.

For the record, I know a beach body coach. 

And I also know that she does not know nearly enough to be a helpful tool for health and fitness. She just paid a few hundred bucks to be labeled a coach and get the shakeology garbage to push on people. I suppose at least it's not herbalife.. 

You are part of a pyramid scheme.

Congratulations on being bitter.  I suppose that pre-wedding stress is getting to you.  I guess you missed the part where I said I AM A NURSE and my husband's degree is in FITNESS.  Perhaps there are a lot of Beachbody coaches here because it really works.  Educate yourself and be open minded.  Above all though, be NICE.  If you aren't interested in something, just move on.

Oh thank God you came on here. I was wondering how I was going to get sexy and confident before my wedding. Oh wait....that's right. I'm doing this whole "eating healthy and exercising thing." Guess it won't work without a coach though.

I feel awesome about myself and all the ladies on this board (and my husband, btw. But thanks ). They are here and doing it by themselves. Why do you think none of them need you?

xcaly - that's awesome that your H is a firefighter. I'm surrounded by them here - my FSIL, brother and a few friends are paramedics/firefighters (I think you have to be both in our county). Anytime I see a firetruck with the lights blazing and the siren blaring going by my house, I text and ask my brother what's going on. I'm a little nosey :-D

H's department has an app for iPhone that they can install that alerts them to calls in the area. He gets them all the time, even when he isn't at work. I'm nosey too because I always ask what's going on when he gets them. Last night they had a brush fire. He wasn't at work, but he was sad that he wasn't. He always wants to get "good calls" that mean he gets to do something.

Haha my brother is always sad when he doesn't get to do the "good calls" too. To each their own - I wouldn't want one of those calls! I think my county still works with the hand held radio things as well as an app. Those things are noisy.
