    I might just try this.

    A few years back a neighbor was tossing out about 5 dozen jars. I made several trips back and forth to my basement when I snagged 'em! I am using quite a few of them for actual canning and/or other food storage (trying to use less plastic). But a lot of them were small mouth ones that I'm not as fond of--at least a dozen.

    They could end up blue and full of flowers....hmmm.....

    I found this tutorial too! So exciting especially because blue mason jars are hard to find and expensive. I'm gonna give it a try and I'll let everyone know how it works out.
