Silly invitation question

So I'm a little behind sending out my invitations. I'm sending them out today! Just wanted to know how you girls mailed them? Did you just put them in the blue box?

    </div><div>Canceling just means the wavy lines that go over the stamp so that it is "cancelled" and cannot be used again.  A machine usually does it, so I'm assuming hand-canceling means someone physically stamps the envelope a bit more gently than the actual machine would!</div>
