Bachorlette Party question

Would it be weird to have my bachlorette party at my own house? My MOH is planning the event for me and the only thing I can think that I'd like to do for my bachlorette is have a girls night in and watch movies, eat, drink, and maybe have a sleep over. My MOH doesn't live in the same city as me or anyone else and I have plenty of room. Would it be weird? I don't want it to seem like I'm throwing my own party.

    You know your friends best to know what they would side eye. I would never in a million years think that's weird with my friends.

    I think that's fine. If your MOH asks/has asked what you'd like to do, I would give her that suggestion and say, "My house is available! I'd be happy to have everyone over here." As long as your MOH is the one inviting people and sending out info about the b-party, people will know she is hosting it and not you.
