I just got back from my fingerprint appointment for the background check at my NEW JOB! I stopped by Target and picked up new lights for the tree, but will most likely head back over after work to buy an artificial tree I saw for 50% off. My Store Manager called me into work an hour early and wants me to come back after I leave my original shift to set the promotions for tomorrow. I wonder who is going to set the promos when I'm gone...... It's my LAST WEEK in retail!!!

Been lurking. I kept trying to think of a post since the board seemed kind of dead but couldn't come up with any great ideas.

I'm trying to fight off a cold. The cold my FI, FFIL, FMIL and apparently my mother have. And one of my nieces. I'm thinking she gave it to all of us last week. Ugh! At least it's a couple of weeks before the wedding. Hopefully everyone gets better before it.

Have you gotten any snow? My photographer posted on Facebook about not being able to get through the Raton pass. I'm not sure exactly where she is though. I checked our venue on the weather channel and they only got 2.6 inches of snow. Perfect - but it will probably melt before we get there.

I've been mostly lurking lately. I've been out-of-town for work and fighting a nasty cold, too.

I'm ready for Christmas to be here already and for a few days off!

yea- we got snow last night - not a ton but some!
I am just now starting to feel better (from my cold) and I think last night was the first night I was still awake at 8pm!

What is your venue? I am sure we will have snow again before your wedding! (but this snow will def be gone by then!)

Rocky Mountain Lodge and Cabins in Cascade, CO just outside of CO Springs. I'm sure it will be gone before. I'm hoping there's more but I also want to be able to get there. :)

I have a sinus infection. I made FI call in a Z pack for me.. The weather here has been HOT one day, cold the other---so ridiculuous!... We did, however, get our marriage license today!.. YAY!
