I confess I'm really wake and happy today. After the engaegment and e-pics we took I'm more in-love with my FI. I didn't think it was possible, but I can't wait for the feeling I'm going to get once he is my husband.

I also confess I just found out I got into school and I'm actually kind of sad about it. I was kind of hoping it wouldn't happen. I didn't really want to go back, but now that I'm in I guess I'll be getting back to study mode.

Haha, I did? Dang. I am seriously behind then. I did make progress. Like take out the list and put next to the invites.

What will you go back to school for? I think I would be a perpetual student if I didn't have to actually make money.

I don't think there was a time I wasn't working and taking college courses. I won't be quiting as of now. I'm going back to get my nursing degree. I have two masters right now, but they aren't helping me as much as I had hoped. I wish with all the time I spent getting my masters I could do something with it.

The economy/job market really sucks now. I am sorry to hear that your two masters aren't helping you. From what I hear though there is never a time when there isn't a need for nurses. I am sure it will work out! That is alot of school though, but maybe it will go quickly? (here's to hoping!)

I confess that I'm feeling lazy today. Kidlet's been sick with a throat infection and he's very clingy when he's sick, so I haven't been able to get much housework done and the dishes are threatening to climb out of the sink. But I don't wanna. *sigh*

FI will be home soon, so he can snuggle with Kidlet and I'll get some work done then.

Confession : I went to the doctors for my throat - Bronchitis- just my luck. my voice is reallly raspy but whatevs. Anyways, point is... my new doctor is S.Indian and he's a total hottie. its sad how i go to the docs to pick up guys... welll..not intentionally... =X it just happens...

Confession 2: My mom wants me to get married asap. i clicked. texted her and told her that reception is terrible in my condo. *im going to hell*

We were planning on having a reception in November to "include everyone" but we decided to cancel it because we are lazy and it's a hell-of-a-lot of stress and drama to make on happen. We just don't feel the need to have one. If everyone had acted excited about our marriage and not given us grief about the religion issue, which was a non-issue for us, than we would've had a wedding where they would be invited. But they didn't, so oh well. My confession....I just weighed myself...and I've gained 8 lbs from my wedding day. - - one pound away from the "newlywed 9"

That is horrible

I was really good about watching what I ate and working out and running (3-4 times week) + resistance training. I've forgotten all the good eating habits I made and the great routine I was in. Worst of all...I don't feel like working out and I eat too much dessert (I have a sweet tooth like it's nobody's business)

And it doesnt help that my MIL cooks full indian meals and that I've got used to eating fuller meals (I used to portion control)

Ughhh I'm embarassed with myself

@Beloved - I hope kidlet feels better soon. That really sucks that parents send their sick kids to school. Grr!

@True - Did you get the hot doc's personal digits? Schedule a follow up?

@MrsKhan - Good for you! Enjoy being married, no need to stress over planning a party for people who weren't pulling for you in the first place.

@Bhanu - Are you still following your workout schedule or it's just the food that is throwing you off? Sometimes its not good to weigh yourself during a certain part of the month either...stupid bloating!

Thanks, raangoli. He seems a little better - his fever's down some and he's not as cranky as he's been all week, but he's still doing that "Stick to Mama like glue" thing that sicklings tend to do. Poor baby. But if the fever's gone and he's acting ok tomorrow, he can go to school. Otherwise it's Tuesday, because Monday is record day so there's no school for students.
