Honeymoon HELP!!

Hello Ladies!

I am in need of some help! We are trying to pick out a honeymoon location for this upcoming July! We both love the idea of an all-inclusive resort, also of somewhere with a tropical setting. One of the things that I think I have really like is some of the swim up suites or private pool suites. These can get a little pricey and Im not sure of what resort to go with. Any suggestions, pros, cons, would be REALLY appreciated! I want to get one booked before it gets too close!

For me, I think most if not all of the inclusive places are way way overpriced which is why you genearlly see them discounting the packages. A good hotel in the Carribean should run under $300 per night and then about another $150 for food/drinks. Expect to pay upward to $700 per night for all inclusive.  And that's with cheap non-brand liquer.

I would look into sandals and breezes resorts. They offer all inclusive and they will email you deals if you sign up for their emails.  Like PP, they aren't cheap but manageable depending on how much you want to spend. I think most people who did an all inclusive paid around $3000-$4000 total. I did have a friend who when to St. Lucia and had a beautiful room with a small pool. I know they splurged a little to have the private pool, but I don't know how much.

If you are up to the small task, planning your own trip can be a lot of fun and cheaper. We did that for our honeymoon in Costa Rica. We rented a car and planned out where we wanted to go. It was so much fun, but we always enjoy a good adventure.

    Good luck!
