Dressmakers?

I am leaning more and more toward having my wedding dress made locally. Can anyone recommend a good dressmaker? Since I couldn't see the product before I buy, I really want a solid recommendation. Thanks!

    i also agree with the vintage vixen. I personally didn't use her because I luckily found my perfect dress but I used the photographer, florist and DJ that are in the same office as her and spoke to her at a open house. She does amazing work.

    They're in Kirkwood on Manchester.  I have only had a dress altered there, but they have gorgeous photos of dresses they've made for weddings and the VP Ball.  They also have a couple of examples in the window.
