Wedding Dress Woes

So yesterday, FI and I were having dinner and I was showing him some silly pics I took of him while he was sleeping with my doggie in his arms. (ADORABLE!)

He laughed and said, "OMG! Why are you taking pics of me while i'm sleeping?! What else do you have in here?!"  and started flipping through pics. I have ONE picture of me in my dress on my phone, so I panicked and tried getting the phone back telling him I didn't want him to see it! 

And then... he said...
"I've already seen it"  ((insert shocked face here))

He said he saw it a few months ago when I showed him some other pics and he just started flipping through (I take pretty random pictures of things sometimes) lol and he saw it.

I was SOOOOO upset when he said that, I cried a bit. Not like, mad at him upset, more like, mad at myself for being so dumb for keeping it on my phone. 

He told me not to worry so much and that the pic wasn't that good or clear, which is true, it's a side shot and you can't really see much detail from the brightness. But I just really REALLY didn't want him to see it at all until our wedding day. :(

He did say I looked beautiful though.

    oh no! i would be so upset! i too have pics of my dress on my phone, i have it password protected right now but i feel like i'm playing with fire and should delete them. this coming from a girl who has her dress hanging in the tiny closet we share. oh well. :)

    I have pictures of me in about 6 dresses on my camera.  He knows and will not touch the camera for that reason.  I would be upset too.

    oh no, i would be upset at myself also. I think when he sees you in person with it on, it won't be the same at the blurry photo.

    I wouldn't worry too much.  It sucks.  But do you really think he'll remember what the dress looks like in 4 months?  If he's like most of the males I know (my H included)  he's already forgotten.  Yeah he saw a dress, but to them most of them look the same.  Don't stress, girl. :)

    I agree with pp... my fi walked in when the sales girl was giving me my dress (she had just taken it out in a clear bag to confirm it was the right one and so on) and there is FI when he was suppose to be shoe shopping looking at my dress ugh.... but then now ive asked him and he points at all random dresses and says " its like that right?"...he does know its strapless but i will never agree to anything LOL

    Like others have said even if he got a good look at it, I doubt he'll remember much about what it looks like. Even I forgot the details of some of the dresses I tried on by the very next day!

    Don't worry too much!  I could show my FI a full-length picture of it, and then the next day ask him to pick it out of a lineup, and he wouldn't be able to do it.

    I would totally feel the same way you do right now!!  Howeverrrr, I'm positive that he'll still get that same "wow" when he sees you on your big day as he would have gotten if he hadn't seen a tiny cell phone picture of it :)

    Oh no!  I would be upset too, but when you think about it.  But he really didn't see the detail and on your wedding day it will look so much different, just the fact that it's on you and your hair and make up are done - he won't even remember he saw it on your phone!

    Aww, he loves you so much!!! <3 He probably forgot what you look like in the dress and on your wedding day, he will be blown away as you walk down the aisle. *goosebumps* You both seem like sweet loves to each other! :) It'll be like he never saw the picture!
