    There's one on etsy I've been eyeing, but just can't justify the cost for my wedding.

    <div>You could probably make it easier by eliminating the hand-beading with the use of strands of swarovski cake bands and attach them to a plain plain platform.  It might still be tedious, but not a high degree of difficulty.  I just saw some on ebay.</div>
