2 best men... is there an easy way to split up ceremony roles?

FI is having both of his brothers as best men which i am ecstatic about. my question to brides who have had this or seen this... how did splitting up duties like holding rings, standing as witnesses and speeches work? i would love for them to both make speeches (of course only if they wanted) maybe each hold a ring and noth stand next to FI during vows? is it that easy and i am overthinking? is there anything else i should be looking at (i only have 5 bridesmaids to fiance's 6so exiting the church they will both escort the maid of honor) thanks!!

Um... there's really not that much to this. One of them can hold the rings. Both of them, or one of them, or they together, can give a speech. It's not rocket science.

  • Ditto PPs. The tasks are not a big deal. If you feel you need to divvy them up, maybe have one hold the ring and the other sign the license.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • end of the day they all do the same thing so don't over think it too much. I'm sure there will be no hurt feelings if one holds the ring and the other does not.  I do not have a "MOH" because I did not want to choose between my 3 best friends so they are all "bridesmaids."  The one who ends up standing cosest to me will hold my boquet.  Easy as that-- the other two I know will not cry since they are not standing the "closest" to me.  The three of them are doing a joint toast together.

Some states require 2 witnesses so in that case both can sign.
