Our invite only has wedding details. We have an insert with all the reception and after party info plus it will be on our wedding website. I have pictures under DIY on my bio. We know a number of people can't make the wedding, so we are still sending the main invite but with an insert about viewing our live webcast rather than all the extra vegas inserts.
Reception info should be on a separate insert unless it in the same location as the ceremony. You can put the after party on the invitation as well, but that implies that you're hosting it. If you're not hosting, just spread it through word of mouth.
Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284
I wrote cocktail reception to follow in the Vista Suite on the bottom of my invitation. That info is also on the wedding website which I included on the RSVP card bc my guests can RSVP online if they want. I really just didn't want to make/pay for an insert.
Re: Invitation question.

We are including a similar statement ours.

I'm making a card with the reception info on and another one with the meet & greet info on. I also have all the info on our website.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.
