    These are gently used, size 38 (size 7 or 7.5), heel height 3.5".   I think I wrote they were 3" but I think they're 3.5

    It is probably a bit big for you, but this style is perfect for trumpet, mermaid or fit-and-flare gowns. 

    I'm definitely bigger than a size 4.  My measurements are:
    waist: 28
    hips: 37.5
    height without shoes: 5'6"

    The upper part of the crinny is a stretch lycra to hug all your curves seamlessly--it can stretch a bit to fit a bigger size, but I'm not sure how it would fit a smaller size. It's sized medium (26" waist) with 1" stretch waist Velcro closure and (hemmed) inner liner to keep your legs from scratching.  It has two layers of crinoline and three tiers.

    BTW, I know where you got married!  I worked there for four summers and was even a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding there last June!  Such a lovely place for a wedding!!
