Nice Cantor

So Saturday, my fiance and I went to meet the cantor we thought would marry us.  Although my FH was raised Jewish, because his mother is not Jewish and he did not have a bar mitzvah, many cantors won't marry us.  Anyway, this woman was not what we expected.  She answered my questions with "You do this once, I do this all the time, I know what I'm doing."  Not exactly what either of us wanted to hear.  We just didn't get a good vibe from her and both agree that we don't want her to marry us.  

Can anyone recommend somebody who is nice and does a nice job?
