Look, I know free stuff is great especially around the wedding time...we are trying to win a free candy buffet (a 500.00 value) and free head table linens. I've kinda run out of people to ask on facebook and the contest goes until Mother's Day. I figured this was the best forum to post this in....but if I offended anyone or broke any rules then I sincerely apologize :)

Or go to the Elegant Assets Events page-find the photo album (Moms getting married contest) and our photo is the first row, second one from the left (my daughter is wearing purple). Click on the picture and then click like as its the only way the vote counts!
Please help a poor bride out!! LOL

    yeah, because there are no other poor brides on this bored we have more connection with in similar situation.

    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Thank you for the feedback-if someone tells me how to delete the post, then I will.
    I also apologized for the post ahead of time as I didn't know how it would be received....and as for Facebook, my profile is already private and I don't even have my real last name on my profile for those exact reasons.

    It's gone, don't worry about it.  Lurking a bit before diving into posting is usually a good idea, gives you a feel for what is and isn't accepted in a given communnity :)

    Thank you to those who were nice about letting me know how things went around here-I'm still kinda new and such. I can only apologize and move on from there....for those who weren't so nice, well I guess I didn't get your vote then huh? LOL.
