I have never posted any pics of my DIY stuff and it's basically all done now so I thought I'd share.



hangers I decorated for my BP, moms and myself







crocheted shawl for maids of honor. also one is in black for our groomswoman and a slightly longer one for me.


this one is mine!



handmade invites/rsvp cards (my sister is amazing!)



totebags for BP





ringwarming sign



table signs (each table is named after a different plant/flower/tree). all are on black except the head table, which is on blue and called Willow. We're getting married under a weeping willow tree and plan to name our first daughter Willow.


last but not least...my HIMYM inspired "property of Jason" underpants. :)

    Wish I was crafty, I'd probably incur medical bills trying to do that stuff!

    On a side note-  Never heard of a ringwarming?  Can you please explain?

    Ring warming is pretty non-traditional but our whole wedding is definitely offbeat. The idea is that your guests touch your rings and warm the metal with their love and prayers and wishes for you. As we are having a non-religious ceremony, this allows me to have prayers said for us but my fiance is comfortable with it.

    It's usually done by passing the rings around during the ceremony. Unfortunately, it takes a long time for this to happen. So we're putting our rings in an organza jewelry bag and hanging them on a tree along the path to the ceremony site (we're getting married in a park). That sign will be there along with our "lady of the rings" who will keep an eye on them and explain to our guests that we want them to bless our rings as they arrive and before they sit down. Then she will carry them to the altar for us like a ring bearer would. We're very excited about this.
