I'm matron of honor this weekend in my friends wedding and I've got my toast all set, etc but I can't remember when I do it. After cocktail hour? before dinner? Help!!!!!

We had our speeches/toasts done during dinner, while everyone was munching away. This took up less time for us. It might be best if you ask the bride or groom!

Is there DOC/venue coordinator that will arrange that for you? Or even a DJ.....?

Our DJ definitely handled all this but it was after we were announced and got situated at our tables.

I think usually after the first dance when everyone is seated.

I would definitely talk to the bride. I know our toasts are not at a typical time, so people will be warned ahead of time so they know when to expect it.
