I've posted a bunch about my DOC/venue/FIL drama but finally everything is working out!
- FILs called to let us know they booked a towncar to transport us to the hotel from the wedding, so we'll have a cute send off like we wanted!
- Had my final meeting with the venue - the food and bev coordinator, original planner/DOC who is leaving, and HER REPLACEMENT were all there!! I'm SO happy they got a replacement already and I got to meet her. She is already employed by the venue for membership services but had a second job planning/DOCing weddings for several years, she's done over 200 weddings and even a few at the venue. I'm so relieved that everything is going to be exactly how I want and we for sure have a solid DOC now.
- My dad booked us a wedding night + night after hotel!
- My parents have a family brunch planned sunday after the wedding and FILs have one with theirs the day after (memorial day)
- The candy bar candy is all here! Now all I need is scoops!
