  I don't know about a florist charge, but if you are up to it, this sounds
  like an easy DIY project. There are places online that sell the branches
  in bulk, then you'd just what kind of base you want it to be in, and you
  can also find strings of crystals (or small silk flowers) as well at a
  great price.
