  The advice will be the same as for bridesmaids: Set a budget, and shop like it's each one's birthday. They don't have to match.

  Ditto Elisabeth's advise.  FWIW we got our GM a BBQ set here on TK that had their initials on the front.  They were really nice and they guys really enjoyed them, actually my husband was sad he didn't get one so I'm think for Valentine's day getting him one.  Look out for sales here on TK.

  My fiance is giving his gm a glass decanter with their name or monogram engraved on it and then filling up each one with their fave liquor.   Its relitively inexpensive and it will be put in good use during and after the wedding. one of the gm doesn't drink so my fiance is getting that guy and personalized baseball bat bc he used to play in the minor leagues instead. hope this helps.

  We just ordered the BM a custom bike bell since he loves bikes.  Etsy has been great finding unique things for each of those standing up with us.

  The hub isn't exactly a shopper (I end up covering bdays and xmas for his brothers and hasn't been in the active habit of giving birthday gifts to friends for years unless it was a bottle of liquor!).

  Then he put a sixpack of their favorite beer or drink inside.  The guys went nuts over them.  One friend who got married a few months earlier said "man, this blows my gift out of the water!"  Hubs got one for himself too and we've already used it twice.
  
  Out of the 7 GM's he had, he's been in 5 of their weddings and all 5 gave matching gifts.  It's just kind of what's done in our circle of friends.

  There's a currently Groupon available for Whiskey Stones for $9/set (usually $20+, and they can be used to keep any drink cold, not just whiskey).  We bought a few Groupons for those yesterday, and are planning on getting some kind of engraved beer steins or mugs also.
