Good Morning TGIF

I figured I would start this off since I'm probably the first person up. I got up at 4:00 to get ready to be on the road at 5:00. FIL said that's when he wanted to leave. I guess he was joking and didn't tell me? I'm kind of upset about this because I got up extra early for no reason. Ugh irritating. Anyway, I'll be driving to PA today finally. So excited to see family. Not excited that DH wants me to set FIL straight about the dogs this morning (see Thursday Night Chat post if interested). Speaking of DH, he's being totally mushy on FB this deployment. Apparently actually being married made him a bleeding heart. It was sweet though, just out of character. I love him

now I'm being mushy. Other than the sweet things DH is saying I'm ready for this week to be over.

Hi Sammy! Sorry you had to get up so early! No fun. I'm back in VA today. I cried like a baby leaving PA. My dad was at work and sent me flowers to the house before I left. Today we are headed to base to get new IDs and then picking up my boxes at my school. Tomorrow I go house hunting!!

Good morning! Sammy- just got myself caught up on your dog situation. Umm..your FIL's thinking does not make sense! He does not get to take a dog in exchange for watching them! Hike- Yay for house hunting!! I'm just chillin in bed for a while. At 10:30 I'm meeting up w/ Kara for some coffee and crepes! Then back home to get lots of housework done.

sammy: I was up at the same time this morning to get ready to go to work/head to work. UGH. I love what I do but I HATE my hours. Love my schedule, hate my hours, if that makes sense. Way too early!

I am at work. I need to do some studying. I got into wedding mode and have done a lot of wedding stuff this week but that means I haven't done a lick of studying- no good. Good news: I found enough of the invitation sets I loved but couldn't find at the store on ebay! yay! They're from 2009, so I'm pretty sure nobody else will have them again. ha! They're peacocky.

Now I'm going to have to figure out the wording of it all.

I also need to start getting stuff together to do my taxes. ickkkkkkk. On the agenda for today also is another workout.

G'morning ladies! Sammy, I just responded to the dog situation on the other post, but in summary - find someone else to take the dogs so you don't have to deal with his threats (which might be 'jokes' like getting up early?). No need to deal with his bullshite!

I loooove stalking real estate. We won't be buying for...um... 15 years or so? So even the price tags scare me on those, but rentals make me happy. FI will be moving to his temporary duty station the beginning of August, so I'll be going down with him to find a rental (we want a house with a yard) and move our stuff in, then going back home and getting married. Yay for a busy August! Haha, I'm excited.

Good Morning ladies!

Hike - Your dad is so sweet! Have fun house hunting! That was my favorite part of the buying experience! I love seeing other peoples homes. lol.

Sammy - I'm sorry your FIL did that to you this morning, I'd be pissed.

I'm bound bet and determined to make today a good day. I am STILL fighting with my old school - went as far as to call the Dean, got a call back, in which she said she would go to the Fin. Aid office and see what I need to do and call me back - 2 days later. NO call back. I'm furious!! It'd be different if they owed me money or wrongly charged me, but involving a student loan I canceled a YEAR ago, that I now owe money on because they didn't disemburse it properly and unless the school returns it I have to pay on a loan I didn't borrow. PISSED.
But on the bright side, I woke up and worked out! Proud of myself, nothing fancy just a Jillian Micheals DVD but it was something and I sweated. So it counts.

Morning Everyone!

It is has been Friday in my head all week, I soo don’t want to be at work today. Especially because the women around me are grumpy today…Their job can’t be as hard as they claim to be.

I am going BM shopping with all (I think) of the girls tomorrow. They better pick something or I give up. I feel like I have to handhold them through this whole process, which is just silly they are all grown women. I know they just want me to be happy, but I have told them I don’t care what they decide. I feel like a snot, but hopefully it will go well.

LoL he lost his passport back in August in the move- when we got back from our Niagara Falls trip I asked him to give it to me for safe keeping. Nope he wanted to hold on to it. So I'll def. take it -- however he took it with him on this deployment so I obviously can't keep tabs on it every where!

As soon as his leave is processed I'll let you know our plans. :)

Morning! TGIF!

I still have this allergy thing that is making me feel miserable! My supervisor is being annoying this morning and I have a ton of work to do but can't quite start yet because something isn't updated. So I'm a bit overwhelmed. And apparently because my requested vacation (for the wedding) is over 80 hours my sup had to give it to his sup for approval and now it's been a week and I've heard nothing back. It just makes me nervous because I know I'm not her favorite and we usually get our time off requests back in a day or two.

Just can't wait till 5:30 so I can get together with my friends and go get our pedi's and get some royal milk tea.

I've pretty much given up on today. All I wanted was to get home and see my mom after I offered for us to stay at FIL's parents' an extra day (yesterday) but since we left late we probably won't be back til too late. Sorry to be a total AW/Negative Nancy but it's one of those days and I just need to vent.
