1. Sent guest list to calligrapher for invite envelopes.
2. Picked out tuxedos for FI, Dads, and WP
3. Ordered outfits for engagement shoot
4. Booked venue for rehearsal dinner

This Week: (Not much planned, I am working 80000 hours. Gah!)

3. Figure out when we are going to look at wedding bands

This past week:

I met with our venue coordinator and planned out the number of tables we'll need and the basic room set up.

I scoured the internet looking for glass bottles to use in centerpieces. However the shipping for all of them was ridiculous, usually the same price as the bottle! I may need to rethink this plan or start checking more thrift stores.

Next week:

Order our wedding bands (still need to confirm sizes)

Contact artist for invitations and other paper goods

Talk to family about renting a house rather than getting hotel rooms

Work on the ceremony draft

(gah, all of those were on my list last week!)

My sister is coming into town so I'll get to show her my shoes, dress, and the sample invitations. We can also go by the venue so she can check it out. I think we'll do some brainstorming, she is crafty and creative.

This week: I picked up my dress, put the deposit down for the caterer and ordered my flowers.

Next week: Plan invitations and order the paper, put the deposit down for our photgrapher, figure out honeymoon plans.

This past week: FI's wedding band came in. He's excited about it. He's cute. lol

This week:

Finalized our menu and are literally about the write up the deposit check and send it in! Ahhhh!!!!

Sending in the DJ deposit as well!

FI will be working on the invite design and fixing the printer while I start the seating chart (NOT looking forward to it!!!)

Next week: I just don't even know yet. lol!!!

- Made payment for half the house account at the resort
- Dress fitting for my girls and I (both my ceremony & reception dresses)
- Got the veil I'm borrowing from my friend
- The Cord of Three Strands came in

Next week:
- Create the comb for the veil
- Research the best place for napkins
- Order/Make ring bearers dishes (still on the fence with this)
- Knock min 3 DIY projects off the list

Between being sick and having zero motivation I accomplished nothing! Well, I booked a hair trial...

This week I will hopefully be getting my designs for the invitations back and I will print them out and do a mock up. Otherwise there's not much to do!

This week I FINALLY addressed almost all of the STDs and will mail them TOMORROW. We're still waiting on our moms to come up with a few addresses (like, 5-10) and will mail those later this week, I hope. But these are way behind!!!

We also officially booked the block of rooms for OOT guests and decided which cake NOT to get...so...that's progress?

I don't even know where to start this week. I need to follow up with my florist, figure out where to get my hair done, pick some BM dresses, figure out cake, look at invitations and order some, figure out tuxes, follow up with our caterer about the menu and a rental company to work with, blahhh. Obviously, not all of that stuff is going to get done this week, so I'm going to say...nothing? Whew. Probably should start with looking for some invitations.

Last week we found the officiant we'd like to use! I also bought my goorgeous shoes.

This week we have to:
- Put a deposit on the officiant
- Make payments to the caterer
- Talk (put deposit down?) with a bartender
- Work on 2 DIY projects (ring bearer pillow and sewing OOT bags!)

Last Week:

-Checked, double checked, and triple checked that the BM's would have their measurements done by tonight (still waiting on one...).I honeslty did not realize how much of a PITA it would be to get people to do this one task and then give me the information.

This Week:

-Order BM dresses

This week we finally found the right suit for FI, mapped out the pay schedule for the remainers on the wedding (all deposits done already), found my accessories for my wedding dress, got the RD room booked and the menu planned, contacted the sales director at the hotel to get the rooms blocked, found the welcome bags and decided on items to put in them and finally my honorary bridesmaids (their idea for the title not mine) gifts. Also one Honorary BM has her pant suit for the wedding (she is a bit of a tomboy)

This week: Going to find SOMETHING to give the parents as gifts, finalized the RD menu/get the total cost, first hair trial with stylist (getting hair extensions for the first time) and finally get the rooms blocked.

i don't have anything really planned for this week, but Dan will be out of town monday-tuesday and thurs-fri so i'll probably have to do some crafting to keep myself busy!

This past week:
-tried on my dress for the first time since June (I've had it in my possession since last May but when we moved for the summer I had no one to help me try it on and it has been a whirlwind since moving back) but it fits very well so just need to maintain my weight!
-Got FI to thumbs up the invite font so can start printing whenver I get a free second (haha)
- FI's photo book has been more of a process than I though. To use my Picaboo groupon I needed to update my Mac software. Bought that and received it last week to find out my comp won't read the disc :-( slowly getting to the point where I can start designing it but it's been a PITA.

This week:
-Go to Apple store tonight to get them to get this software to work!
-Design Programs so we can order VP rack cards
-Start working on FI's photobook assuming software pans out

- Designed floorplan for dining area
- Made my bridal clutch (and my MOH's clutch)
- Booked projection screen/projector (slide show)
- Made wreath and pomanders
- Ordered gift for my dad
- Finished 50 pockets for the invitations
- Painted more frames and hangers
- Completed our Pampered Chef registry (bridal shower)
- Booked our tasting (May 15th, with our parents)

** can you tell I didn't have my son this week?!?!**

This Week:

- Make final adjustments to the guest lists with FI
- Work on more pomanders
- 4th Wed prep class this week
- Do a walk around at the church just to be 100% sure about decor
- Discuss RD plans with FI and our parents
- Sort the wedding craft bins (I've collected so much and can't find anything! lol)
- Work on labels for favours
- Work on blog (I keep meaning to get this going...)
