Austin Wedding Officiant / Minister

Hi all!
Anybody love their officiant / minister and want to reccomend them??  My fiance and I are from out of town and looking for a minister in town who could officiate our wedding.  We are not super traditional and dont want anything special, just a nice non demoninational ceremony.  My parents are pretty traditional though, so we need somebody who would also appease them...any advice?

    We're using Larry Todd for our wedding in October. He's great!! During our first meeting he outlined what a typical ceremony he does is like and it was perfect! He will incorporate pretty much whatever you want into the ceremony. He sends you a list of "rules" but it's really all just common sense stuff...like don't come drunk to the wedding...duh! But he's done over 1000 weddings so he's encountered all kinds of crazy stuff. My fiance is catholic and i'm episcopalian so we're having pretty much a non-denominational ceremony. I think he can make as traditional/non-traditional as you want.  Also, his fee is 100% donated to charity which is nice. Here's the website austinweddingchaplains.com. There are also other officiants on this website (they were all recommended by my venue - nature's point).

    We are using Michael Boles - he seems like he'll be great so far!  He is great with his email responses.

    We met with him last weekend and were over 30 minutes late (awful, I know!) and he couldn't have been nicer about it.  He was so patient, friendly, funny, and prepared so it was a no-brainer.  Highly recommend him!

    We used Sam Riccobene and he was absolutely wonderful.  Our ceremony was so beautiful!
