Wedding Planner recs?

Hi folks,

My sister is stuck in Libera for the next few months with limited email access and wants to plan a last minute (this winter) wedding in the S.Jersey/Philly area. I think the best way to go is to hire a wedding planner. Does anyone have a recommendation?
