I have a NWR check, but it's a big one to me......

I bought a car this weekend.
w00t

I'm excited because its the first one I have ever bought on my own.
and now, I have an awesome little sports car to go with FI's.

Congrats on the car purchase!! That is super exciting! We are hoping to buy a new car after the honeymoon

I've had the same car since I was 19.

My check this time is all of the cards to go with the gifts for my bridesmaids, parents, and DOC. AND I got wax and sealed them witha double heart seal. I am loving the wax sealing!

That's awesome Narginia! We got the wax you put through the hot glue gun and the double heart stamp from michael's, because we were going to do our invitations but the seal wasn't engraved deeply enough so we couldn't get it to come out.

I'm glad you found one that worked though!

Aw thanks guys. It's super exciting.
We picked July 5, 2013.
It's sad that it is so far away. But it makes sense. I'll be going back to school next month, and I will graduate next summer. Then that will give me a year of working in the field to save and plan the wedding. We're just chilling for now. This venue I fell in love w/ [[online]] takes deposits 18 months in advance. so we'll be looking come January.
Until then, there isn't much we can do.

That's good that you picked a date, and *hopefully* a venue! That atleast gives you a starting place to think about everything else, and gives you plenty of time for research.

Urghhhhh I know.
I can't stop thinking about it. I picture what my dress and hair will look like. What the theme will be. What my Fi will wear. What my attendants will wear. What flowers and decor I want. What the food will be.

I can see it all..... and I feel like it's just teasing me. lol

Thats so weird zoeismurf! Thats exactly what we did! Its a two hear stamp from Michaels and hot glue gun ready wax! I wonder if your stamp wasn't engraved deep enough?

Narginia- I think it's just a defective one. We tried all sorts of different timings on the wax, but just couldn't get it to imprint deep enough.

It's alright though.

Abrieckinthewall- You can always start looking now and start putting together pictures of what you want. I know my ideas have changed several times though just in the last couple of months, so it'll be good for you to have the time to change your mind if you want. It also gives you plenty of time to bargin hunt.
