I finally got around to talking to the town office* about renting the ceremony venue. Yeah, I don't need to rent it, I don't need insurance AND I don't need a permit. They're going to make sure it's all cleaned up and looks pretty for the day of! Huzza for small towns! I get my ceremony venue for free
They also asked if I needed anything from them and they'd be happy to help.
I also just ordered my flowers. I found them originaly on pinterest for inspiration and ended up just ordering them off etsy. I don't like real flowers (my nose is sensitive) so I was trying to get silk ones anyway. They're being shipped to my mom's so hopefully they show up when we're there in a few weeks

*I was dreading this because the last person I talked to made it sound like a long, complicated process. It would only be a long, complicated process if I was having alcohol and I would need to pay for things.
