NWR: NJ Planetarium Suggestions??

FI has been talking about wanting to go to a planetarium lately.  I remember going to one when I was much younger and there was some type of space or astronomy museum connected to it.

Does anyone have any suggestions about where I could bring him?  I already did a Google search, but I'd rather have actual feedback from people who have gone and can make recommendations.

TIA!

The best one IMO is the Rose Center for Earth and Space that is attached to the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan. It's my favorite place to go, we probably go 2-3 times a year.  The planetarium consists of several theatres where you can see really awesome shows and a large museum full of really cool exibits. You can also get combo tickets for the planetarium and the natural history museum for a good price.  Also, some companies offer a discount for these museums.

Sry, kind of a museum nerd :)

ksen - I've never been to the AMNH.  Where is the best place to get tickets for the Rose Center?  Do the shows occur every day?  Should I buy tickets to the shows in advance?  Any information at all would be awesome!
