Save the Dates are not invitations. Save the Dates go out six to nine months before your wedding. If you are getting married in July 2014, it makes sense to send save the dates in January 2014. No RSVP is required on a save the date.

Inivitations go out 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding. In your case, I would send invitations no earlier than May 19, 2014. Your RSVP deadline should be a week or so before you need to have a final headcount. If you are getting married on July 19 and you need to know how many people are coming on July 12, I would make your RSVP deadline July 5.

Sent out the STD's to my destination wedding 9 months out. 800 DAYS? That's over 2 years away! If anything you could send out engagement announcements now and wait til 69 months out to send STD's.

800 days?! Why are you even think about this? If I got something this soon I'd seriously say "yeah, we'll see if they keep this date." A lot can change in 2 years. Stop planning anything.
