    TK is notorious for having IT issues. I didn't use their RSVP tools or make my wedding website through TK because of all the problems.

    That reminds me, I received The Knot Newsletter via email and it had "8 Tips to Create an Amazing Wedding Website".  I didn't read the tips, but I would have made tip #1: Do not make your wedding website on The Knot.  I really feel for people who do.  Sorry OP!
