When do you do this? Before you are announced as Mr. & Mrs? After the first dance?

We bustled mine after pro pics before I was announced. Especially if you're going to cocktail hour, you need to be bustled so no one steps on you. Once you have your first dance, it's sort of a whirlwind of activity so you probably won't have time to go privately get bustled. So I'd say some time between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception.
