Hello everyone! I'm getting married in 3 months. For the last 5 years I've been pretty athletic - until this last year. Life sort of took over my schedule and I wasn't make enough time for myself. Now, I'm 3 monts from my wedding and I need to drop some weight.
I've been working out 5-6 times a week with 45 minutes a day of cardio and spend at least 30 minutes a day lifting. I'm on serious crunch time and could use all the accountabilyt I can get!
