Can't find a peacock blue flower

My wedding colors are plum purple and cream with peacock feathers. My bouquet is going to be white calla lillies with black callas spotted throughout. Should I try to find a small peacock blue flower to spot in there or should I just sprinkle peacock feather plums in there for the color but accent the blue in other aspectss of the wedding decor? I'm torn. Suggestions please????

Re: Can't find a peacock blue flower

  • well peacock feathers actually have a lot of lime greens in them... that is how I would go.   there are no natural peacock blue flowers so to speak... you can go with cobalt blue or periwinkle  but lime would just accent everything in a more natural way.
  • As Midgemoto said, there are no naturally occuring peacock blue flowers in the world.

Why not instead of trying to find a flower that matches, why don't you just use peacock feathers in your bouquet.  This will bring the color you want while still keeping with the other decor in your wedding.

Also, google "peacock wedding colors"...this will help you to see the different types of colors that you can use.

  • Thank you! I think i'm going to do peacock plums throughout the bouquet. I def agree that will bring the color in nicely.
