I've had a good week and have managed to get a workout in Sun- Thur. Fridays are usuallly my off day and the weekends are pretty busy since baseball season is back in swing.
Yesterday
B-oatmeal & coffee
L-Had Lentil soup
D- I juiced, spinach, banana, 1/2 apple, 1/ avacado & orange juice
W/O- I've been doing high intensity intervals which make me feel like I'm going to puke, uug
30 mins of that completing 2.3 miles
20 mins alternating between strength & core

L- Madras Lentils, and Grilled Cod
S- Peanut butter or almonds and grapefruit
D- Brown Rice Pasta, Marinara, Shrimp, and Veggies
S2 - 1/2 caramel apple
E- 1 mile swim at the gym to have me mobile for tomorrow's race
