• Fans over here! I was so disappointed at who got killed off in the end... I wonder if the group will suddenly embrace his POV now?

Should we discuss details? Or no so as to prevent spoilers...
• Im a fan, but we don't have cable and only season 1 is on Netflix. . . *whimpers*

Okay, we'll do it this way....

***SPOILER ALERT!!!*** ANYONE WHO HASN'T SEEN UP THROUGH LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE, DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE SURPRISES.

Yeah, at first I thought the cow was a zombie that was going to jump up and attack him! But what the heck was he doing wondering around out there by himself anyway? I mean, Dale was SO wise and that was SUCH a stupid move.

So... which side of the team are you guys on - kill the outsider or keep him alive? If they were so friggin worried about that kid's potential threat on the group by his association with all those other people from town, I don't get why they saved him, took him back and doctored him up. I think if they would have done that and been civil to him, he probably would have been happy to stick around and be a contributing member to the group (since his former gang clearly left him hanging on that fence). But no, they had to start beating him up and give him a motive to not be loyal to their group.

I thought the same thing! I honestly didn't expect the zombie to be in back of him. I think they should keep the outsider. Like you said they went through all that trouble trying to let him free then keeping him alive. I don't think he would be a harm. Rick is becoming brainwashed by Shane and Rick's son is pissing me off lately. I think ever since Rick killed those two guys in the bar he feels the need now to kill everyone and the son is following in his father's footsteps.

Last weeks episode the blonde really pissed me off. How can she leave the Dr's daughter by herself while she is on suicide watch?!?

Rick is definitely being influenced by Shane. But the little boy, Carl, is totally being brainwashed by him. I think Rick saw that at the end of the episode when he didn't shoot the outsider after Carl said "Do it Dad...kill him." He was like, oh shiit, my son is a mini-Shane!!! I'm hoping now that he'll snap out of it and retreat to his leading with a soft hand approach.

The two guys in the bar definitely brought Rick's attention to the fact that he can't trust people and needs to protect the group first. But I'm not entirely convince that Rick has an urge to kill... I think Shane is just egging him on, especially with the undertone of the Fine, wanna be the leader? Keep us safe then! testerony man-off between Rick and Shane.

And how - especially after what happened to Sophia - do Rick and Lori let Carl run around all the time? He almost got killed by that zombie when he ran off into the woods! Parenting!!! Gah!!! That kiddo would be inside with me all the time. And if Lori is so concerned about Shane now and how dangerous he is, why isn't she doing anything to shelter her son from that?

The blonde? She pisses me off on a normal basis, but I see what she did there with that suicidal farmers daughter. She left her alone and the girl almost killed herself, but then she decided that she wanted to live. She wouldn't have had that revelation had people been babysitting her 24/7. Now that she's done with her drama-fest wannabe suicide, she won't be trying that anymore. KWIM? That was my take on it.

Shane is just destroying the group. The son see's how the men are all tough and thinks he can handle the zombies but he is this small little thing that will get eaten alive! The son should def, not be walking around by himself. I honestly thought he was going to get bit when the zombie attacked him.

I can understand what the blonde did. it makes sense but her attitude pisses me off. She's another one who follows whatever Shane says. But did you see Shane's face when she was taking sides with the old man? HAHA!
• I actually think it was Lori said that has Rick hellbent on "kill kill kill". I'm beginning to think that what she said about Shane has him riled up and not only does he have to prove he's a leader to his wife, he has to Shane now as well.

I also think that what happened with Sophia is an underlying cause for all the dissent. Obviously Daryl has been greatly affected by it and his way of dealing with it has been trying to disassociate from the group. And I think it might have something to do with the way Karl is acting. He is also a young teenage boy who is in that "challenge authority" stage regardless of it being the end of the world. He is dealing with death at an alarming rate and it is becoming way too real, and perhaps he is trying to revolt against it all.

Shane went rogue and this season already almost came to blows and I'm pretty damn sure that's not the end of it.

For the most part, the area surrounding the farm has been pretty clear of walkers, so I could understand Dale wandering off to curse the state of humanity, because if it wasn't for Karl, that walker would still be stuck in the muck, the cow would be alive and well so would Dale. Man that scene was so upsetting.

They sure weren't exaggerating when they said they were gonna put it to us this half, and the proverbial doo-doo (TK won't let me write what I really want to say lol) will definitely hit the fan these next two weeks.

• Wow lol I opened a Walking Dead floodgate! I can't believe Dale got killed. What's worse is they all gathered around him for about 10 minutes watching him suffer but yet Shane could kill the stranger right now. The zombie cow made me laugh. I wish Shane would get bit and Rick can just blow him away because he's psycho. Rick's little boy is getting kinda creepy and technically if he hadn't went wandering off Dale would most likely be alive.

Why the crap was Dale out that far anyway? Even if the farm is 'safe' I'm not gonna just go on a nightly stroll lol.

I still wanna know what the guy at the CDC whispered to Rick.

I don't think that the blonde girl realizes Shane would kill her if it was a choice between survival. I mean look at Otis...oh wait! She can't because Shane shot him in the leg and left him for a zombie snack...

I'm going to play the devil's advocate here with respect to Shane. He might be an a-hole, but he is also a true survivalist and is also willing to do whatever it takes TO survive.

It's easy to hate him in the context of the TV show, but if you actually think about what it would be like living in a post-apocolypic world where you are constantly on the defense and every day is a struggle to survive... being nice and giving people the benefit of the doubt can get you or someone else you love killed. You not only have the zombies to worry about, but other people will shoot your for your tennis shoes in that state of world. And with death all around, I can see how it would be very easy to turn off the human compassion switch and take care of business to protect yourself.

FI and I with all our friends often have funny and ridiculous conversations about the practical aspects of survival in a zombie apololypse. Cool
• The cow was not a zombie, it was mooing like that because it was half eaten and still alive.

I have heard that we will be introduced to new characters very soon!
