Photo Booths in DFW

So we really want to have a photo booth @ our wedding but everywhere seems pricey.  We want to spend around $500 for 3 hrs.  Does anyone know of some reasonably priced places?  Thanks!

Re: Photo Booths in DFW

  • Texan Treasure (Angela) put together a spreadsheet of information about photo booths.
  • It used to be on our vendor site, but I don't think it is anymore.  Hopefully she (or someone who has it) will come around and help.

  • Well, Angela used Premiere Photobooth so maybe that would be a good one to start with.
  • I know the videographers I used have a photobooth, but I'm not sure what they charge. I could find out though.

It is still out on the sticky.  At least it was in December.  If not, I have it downloaded, but not sure how to load it here.  I can always e-mail it to you.

I used 4 Flashes and they included props, black and white or color photos, printed out 2 copies of each photobooth strip and put one copy in an album for the guests to sign and gave the other to the guest, as well as gave me a flash drive of all the images.  I thought they were the most reasonably priced for 3 hours and for what they provided.  I paid about $990.  Everyone at the wedding thought it was such a great idea.  I am an older bride so most of my guests have not been to too many weddings in the last decade or two.  Smile

And, finally, if you find a photobooth and want photostrip frames as a favor, I have oodles and would sell them to you.  I have about 120 of the L-shaped (slanted) ones and about 50 of the T-shaped ones (straight).

EDIT:  It is on the sticky.  It's in the bottom link (yola site).

  • I have gotten emails from randyro.com, but I can't give much more info than that. Good luck!
  • You might watch Groupon, Living Social, Google Offers, etc. I've seen a lot for photo booths recently that were within your budget.

  • Hey
So I did a bit of research and contacted some photobooth vendors.  I needed them for 5 hrs but I'll give you the informations this provided me.

Boothbooth has unlimited hours for $1800 but when I contacted them they had a special for unlimited hours for $1200.

Premier photobooth quoted me at $965 for 5 hrs.

DFW photobooth quoted me at  $800 for 3 hrs.

Our DJ complete music also offered photobooth packages for cheap if you booked with them.

I decided to go with DFW photobooth b/c she was running a promotion and for the same price was including photoframes to give as gifts.  My suggestion would be to just google the photobooth vendors b/c they all seem to be different even though they all seem to include the same things i.e person running the booth, proops, B&W photos, double prints, CD.  If you need any other help PM me

    Hope this helps
  • Angela's spreadsheet was a huge help to me! We used Premiere and they were great!!
  • Thanks ladies, this helped alot!
  • There's a groupon today! hopefully you haven't already booked it, because this is a FANTASTIC deal. I'm like 90% sure I'm going to buy it (the only reason I'm hesitant is I can't find any reviews online...)
