I would really like to learn how to make boquets and properly arrange flowers so I can do it for my own wedding and hopefully save some money. Does anyone know of a place in the cities that teaches these skills?

You might also want to check out Michaels classes. I am not sure if you are talking real or silk flowers, but I would assume that it would be close to the same technique.
