VERY up norht wedding, need a cake

We are getting married up on Lake Kabetogama and I'm worried about a cake making the 4 1/2 hour trip if we go with a cake shop down here in the cities. Does any one know if a good bakery "up north"?

Althea's Cakery, which I think is just outside of Bemidji, had really tasty pistachio cake and red velvet cake at the Duluth Bridal Show this year.
