mixed nuts or louisiana spice??

trying to decide between mixed nuts and louisana spice for our reception band and would love to hear feedback on both. we want somethign really lively and fun that will keep the party going all night by playing a mix of the classics/party music and today's music. also would love to be able to do 2nd line b/c we have a lot of out-of-towners and want to show them a "new orleans-y" time. thanks!

Mixed Nuts are so much better and easier going.  Louisiana Spice are sometimes good but I have been to a lot of wedding where they are off.  Louisiana Spice also loves to play a lot of swing.

Mixed Nuts are a lot of fun and a great party band.

We used the Mixed Nuts and they were great.  Everyone danced all night and the "older" guests appreciated that they played "old people" (as my mom's aunt called it) music during dinner.  Great to work with, and totally fun.  I'd highly recommend them.
