Accountability - Wednesday

Hey ladies, in meetings all day so not on here as much!

FI and I were given a Total Gym unit from a friend last night, so I think he's checking that out tonight. Tonight is an 'arms' night for me, dumbells and medicine ball here I come!!!!

  • I did a JM workout last night (and am feeling it today haha).  Will do my 100 pushup challenge tonight and maybe something else.  I leave Friday right after work to visit FI and have class tomorrow night so getting ready for the weekend is kinda the priority though
  • Just getting over a bout of food poisoning so I haven't really exercised at all.  If I do anything tonight it will be the lightest workout ever at the gym, if there is any energy left in me after a full work day...

    Sorry to hear this!  That sucks.  Be sure to take it easy.  Missing a couple days at the gym to take care of yourself won't ruin your progress!
  • Did my 1 hour Zumba class last night. Didn't have a very healthy dinner though, it was four small chicken wings that the kids I work with made in Culinary, the rest of the day was good though.
  • Chalean Extreme Burn Day 2.  45 minutes on the stationary bike.  10 minute abs and 20 min butt and thigh pilates.
  • I have been skipping the gym in favor of being active outside. The weather has been too nice to pass up. 

    According to my Fitbit I have walked an average of 11,500 steps and 5 miles each day for the last week. Most of those days I went out of my way to take walks but a few were just my normal routine. I work in a hospital and everything is so spread out that it isn't hard to rack up the miles.

    Today I rode my bike to work and I'll meet FH for dinner and then have an even longer ride home. He's a cyclist so I am trying to get better about riding. Right now i am slow but he's patient. 

    Dinner will be at Outback so I need to pre-plan my meal. They have one of the most user-friendly nutrition info websites i have ever seen.
