I got married last year and moved down to this area. I am thinking about getting boudoir photos for DH for our first anniversary. Any recommendations (DC/MoCo preferred over NoVa)? I would be interested in someone that also had hair/makeup, and I don't want to put the photos on a photographer's blog or anything like that (no judgment for those that are ok with this, I'm just not for myself).
