still searching for a photographer

well, our search for a photographer continues....my FI and I had an appt scheduled w/Bharat-Parmar for next week, but got an e-mail tonight saying that someone called about availability on the same date, and when he told them that he had another inquiry (us) the other person who called put a deposit in over the phone w/out even meeting w/him........

so, tonight  I sent out e-mails to both Berry Photos and Metzger Studios b/c they both seem to be highly recommended by people on here...hopefully 1 or both of these photographers are available on our date and we can book an appt to meet w/them...we'll see....I'm keeping my fingers crossed

    If you need anyone...we're using Novella Photography. We did out engagement pictures with them and they're shooting our wedding. Let me know if you want their information or to see our e-pics!

    I'm using this pair of photographers.  They work together all the time.  Email either of them.  They're fantastic and super easy to work with and they've done a lot of weddings even if they don't have a ton of them on their websites.

    We loved our photographer Scott Zuehlke.  I can send you a link to the pictures from our July 4 wedding at Belle Mer if you want.  He got a ton of AMAZING pictures!

    Leah Haydock is my photographer and we've loved her so far. She takes unbelievable pictures and literally gets excited and intersted in your wedding. Check her out, her pictures are awesome and she's very reasonably priced. she's out of NH but will travel anywhere.

    I used Scott (Metzger Studios) and loved him.  When I met with him he showed me another wedding he did at the Commons and I was sold.  He had pictures from completely different perspective then all of the other photographers I met with. 
    I've also heard great things about Berry Studios!  I hope one of them works out for you!

    we used Mariah Gale and she was fantastic.  she and her second shooter were with us from 11am at the salon through to the end of the reception (at 10:00pm).  she got so many great shots and she was really fun to work with.

    2 rounds of clomid and 1 round of femara... no response.
    injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
    02/13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response.... everything crossed for that BFP!

    Im using Catharine Morris. I loved her personality and her work. She showed me her best ofs AND albums she was currently working on and her pricing was just what i was looking for

    Not sure if I've commented on a post of yours before about this, but we are using Amber Shomo with Forevercandid. She's been amazing to work with so far! My wedding isn't until next year so I don't have any pictures to show you, but she's been so great and flexible with me, forming a package to fit in my budget. Her packages start at $1800 but will work with you if thats not in your budget or if you don't like whats in the package. Her business is pretty new, but she's sooo talented and I absolutely love all her work! She's based out of Salem, mass

    We had heather parker and LOVED her.  She was living in Chicago and traveling, but I just found out she is moving back to Boston. look at www.heatherparker.com/blog for some of her work, we were the Castle Hill wedding.

    We're using Kjeld Mahoney photography - and can't say enough about him! His facebook page has all his recent shoots. And this link: http://kjeldm.zenfolio.com/weddings_2009 is ALL his pictures from all his weddings in 2009. Let me know if you want more info! Good luck!

    We used Dan Nystedt for our wedding and Shannon Sorensen for our post-wedding brunch and Rock the Frock.  We LOVE both of them!!!  We couldn't be happier with the photos from our wedding. 

    Dan lives in the Boston area, and Shannon lives in CT, but both will travel all over New England.  I highly recommend either of them.

    I decided to go with Portrait New England because they're work is on the same level as the photographers you looked into but their pricing is much lower and you end up getting a lot more for your money. They've showed me numerous weddings from beginning to end (of everything they handed back to the couple) and I was really impressed with their candids especially.
    Good luck with your search- I hope you find someone you can be really excited about that has your date open.

    I had the same problem with findi ng a photog until I met Kelly Dillon - she's fabulous and her work is great. Good luck!

    I just booked my photographer Adriano Batti.
    He shot 3 of my friends weddings. 2 of them I was a bridesmaid. 
    He is so nice and patient  even with my friend who was a total Bridezilla and he was great with her! 
    He takes tons of pictures!
    My Mom met him at TCC the other night and loved his work!!!

    We're using Sue Lynch. http://suelynchphotography.com/  I haven't seen anyone mention her on any boards, but her work is great.  She had 10 albums for me to page through when we met, so I saw a huge variety.  Her prices are really reasonable too.
