  I found a site online. i bought candles from them. I am happy with my purchase. I think the shipping is really quick if you want to but online.

  We got ours at Big Lots, I think they are $6 for a box of 12 (white candle in clear glass). I don't even know how many boxes we bought, but we have hundreds of votives.

  I think Michael's also has 12 for $6 in glass holders.  IKEA has affordable candles also.

  Ikea.  If you want the kind in the little silver liner (to drop into votive holders) you get like 100 candles for $5 or so.

  I think I have some that I could sell you actually if you haven't already ordered some.  I bought a bunch of glass votive holders with white candles from a friend of mine after her wedding.  That was before we booked our venue and now our venue doesn't allow candles.  They are used but in good shape.  I was going to craigslist them but haven't gotten around to it.  I have at least 40.
